Dr. Debbi Glaser, Assistant Professor at the California School of Forensic Studies (CSFS) program in Los Angeles, joined the CSFS faculty in 2008.

Clinical Forensic Psychology PhD

The Ph.D. in Clinical Forensic Psychology program supports student competency development in 12 core clinical areas. Each of these is essential to the practice of professional psychology:

  • Professionalism
  • Reflective practice/self assessment/self care
  • Scientific knowledge and practice
  • Relationships
  • Individual and cultural diversity 
  • Awareness
  • Ethical legal standards and policy
  • Assessment

  • Research and evaluation

  • In addition, for students whose goal is a career in education, additional emphasis is placed on teaching competencies.

Learning is achieved through the integration of coursework, field experience and research which, in tandem, allow students to gain skills and knowledge in core psychological and fundamental forensic principles.

The Ph.D. program is offered only at the Alliant Fresno campus.
